Marketing research and consultancy, UAE
Marketing research that replaces assumption with evidence — who the buyer is, what the market looks like, and where the business can credibly win.
How do you size a market when published data is thin?
By triangulating. Top-down from whatever published figures exist, bottom-up from observable units — outlets, transactions, capacity, headcount — and laterally from comparable markets. Where the three disagree, that disagreement is itself informative and gets reported rather than averaged away.
What is customer journey mapping for?
Finding where intent is lost. Most businesses can name their conversion rate but not the stage that costs them most. Mapping the real path — from first awareness to purchase and beyond — shows where effort is being wasted and where a small change pays.
When is research worth commissioning?
When the decision it informs is larger than the research, and when the findings could genuinely change that decision. If the decision is already made and the research exists to justify it, it is not worth the money.
When this is the right place to start
- A significant investment rests on an assumption nobody has tested
- Market size in the plan came from a single published figure
- Competitor understanding is anecdotal rather than systematic
- The proposition is described differently by everyone who describes it
- Customers are being lost at a stage nobody has mapped

What the work covers
Research is scoped backwards from the decision. Before fieldwork begins we establish what you are deciding, what evidence would change it, and what confidence is required. That is what separates useful research from an expensive document.
The work combines market analysis and competitive benchmarking on structure and position; consumer insight through primary research with the people who actually buy; brand positioning to establish the ground you can credibly own; and journey mapping to locate where demand is won and lost.
Findings are reported with their limitations attached. A number presented without its source or its confidence is not evidence, and treating it as such is how research misleads the people who paid for it.
Research that changes decisions
The most common failure in commissioned research is not inaccuracy but irrelevance — a thorough report that never touched the assumption the decision rested on.
We work the other way round. The riskiest assumptions are identified first and the budget is spent disproportionately on those. Resolving the two assumptions capable of sinking a venture is worth more than describing twelve segments in even detail.
Common questions
Yes, and we will say so upfront. Method transfers across sectors; where our direct experience is thinner we build in more primary interviews rather than lean on assumed knowledge.
Yes. You receive the analysis, the sources and the assumptions, not only the summary, so the work stays usable after the engagement closes.
It varies considerably in currency and coverage. Where the available data is dated or thin, that is stated and compensated for with primary research rather than presented as more solid than it is.
